Spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen. Good location near pools, beach, and bus station. Quiet at night, cleaned daily. Responsive staff when we had an issue with the stove. Payment issue resolved quickly. Convenient central check-in process.

the location was perfect, with the sea and amenities close by. It was convenient to have a supermarket right opposite the apartment. the daily cleaning, except on Sundays, ensured that the apartment was always tidy. We also appreciated the option to do our own laundry for a small price. the breakfast in the bar was delicious, and the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. we had a fantastic experience at Alta Apartamentos. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.

It had an unbeatable setting so close to restaurant as well as beach and laguna. The staff was so helpful and pleasant. Food for breakfast was great...

The apartment is located so close to Lago Martianez. One of the restaurants, cafe de paris, was easy walk to the property.

the apartment was fairly clean and had excellent location close to the old town. the room was well-equipped with spacious balcony, all facilities and the bedroom, like we expected.

We had a fantastic time staying in these apartments in the Canary Islands. the location was perfect, being so close to the Old Town and all the amenities we needed. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained with complimentary toiletries. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the view from our balcony and took advantage of the tanning area and pool facilities.

The wifi connection was a bit weak, only working near the reception area.

The fact that we only stayed one night. We believed it was inexpensive when we booked but later discovered it was at the higher end price of budget accommodation in the area.

It was cheap and it felt cheap, the room was basic but clean, the public areas less so. The receptionist acted like we should be grateful to stay there.

It was a such great stay at Puerto de la Cruz. Location was marvellous and particularly good, really close to lots of places, such as Lake Martianez Leisure Park we wanted to visit. All staff were nice and pleasant.

I recently stayed at Alta Apartments for a week-long vacation in Puerto de la Cruz. The location was perfect, with supermarkets like Mercadona and Hiperdino just a stone's throw away. The Old Town, Playa Martianez, and Playa Jardin were all within easy reach, and the main bus station was just a pleasant 1km walk from the hotel. The receptionists were extremely helpful, and the cleaning staff were lovely. The apartment itself was spacious and had a great balcony. The kitchen facilities were adequate, although the fridge could have been bigger and the freezer didn't work properly.

Recommend this hotel.

Fairly clean property close to restaurant and shopping, and the city center. Situated in an absolutely perfect and handy spot. Btw, located in the canary islands. No reason to complain.

The apartment at Apartamentos Alta was a cozy home away from home. I loved the fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying them on the balcony. The comfortable sofa and TV in the seating area made me feel relaxed and at ease. it provided a comfortable and convenient stay for a solo traveler like me.

While the apartment was comfortable, I personally found the sofa bed in the lounge a bit uncomfortable. However, others might still find it sufficient for their needs.
